Under Pressure and Lots Of Pain

Okay well. Kind of new story. I say kind of cause its just like a random thing I wrote on impulse and not particularly linked to another story.

She looked at the pink box with the medicine's name written in bold red capitols. She turned the box over and read the dosage. "Adults and children over 12 years, 1 tablet 3 times daily. Do not exceed 3 in 24 hours."
Shit.
She had taken 3 already-2 before school and another one after and she was still dying of period pain.
'Fuck mother nature' she thought as she put the kettle on. That wasnt all. She had to swim in P.E. on Monday. Which meant she had 2 days to master the art of tampons.
Double shit.
It seemed to her that everyone else's periods had these perfectly normal cycles and came at just the right time (was there ever a 'right time' ????) and then there was hers. Always there just before her birthday and always over Christmas. The year before, her mother had forced her to wear a white skirt on Christmas and she was on her period. She had stressed the whole day.
Another thing was that all other girls seemed to get one pimple on their forehead and call it acne.
She had a proper break out every month before her period.
Triple shit.

Just a comical drawing of how the speaker in the story feels. LOL
